A comfortable stay with good service
The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The toilet has a bidet installed which I really appreciate. We had the hotel breakfast and found the variety to be satisfying and the spread quite tasty, except for the mie bogor and the soto, both of which were too oily for me, very disappointing. I love the herbal drinks (jamu), especially the turmeric and tamarind blend. The cut fresh fruits were ripe and sweet.
The three rooms that I booked are located one floor above the swimming pool (Level 5). We could hear the children at the pool laughing and screaming through the walls! If you intend to stay in your room during the day to rest, I would not recommend a room on that floor. I hope that the door can be replaced with a thicker one that can block out the noise. During our 3-night stay, the pool was always filled with families with young children during the day. If you intend to swim laps, later in the day would be when you will get the chance.
